Terms & Conditions of Service

PrimeCrest Cleaning Services

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by PrimeCrest Cleaning Services (“PrimeCrest”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to the client (“you”, “your”).
By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or entering into a service agreement, you agree to these Terms.

 
1. Services Provided
PrimeCrest provides professional commercial cleaning services, which may include:

  • Office and workplace cleaning

  • Childcare and educational facility cleaning

  • Short-stay accommodation cleaning

  • Related cleaning services as agreed in writing

All services will be performed in accordance with the agreed scope, schedule, and quotation.
 
. Quotes & Service Agreements
2.1 Quotes are based on information provided by the client and site assessments where applicable.
2.2 If site conditions differ from what was originally disclosed, PrimeCrest reserves the right to revise pricing.
2.3 Ongoing services may be governed by a separate written service agreement.
 
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the premises

  • Ensure utilities (electricity, water) are available

  • Inform us of any hazards or risks

  • Secure valuable or sensitive items

  • Provide clear instructions regarding access, alarm codes, and security procedures

PrimeCrest is not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by lack of access or unsafe conditions.
 
. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices are as stated in the approved quote or agreement.
4.2 Invoices are payable within the stated payment terms (commonly 7–14 days unless otherwise agreed).
4.3 Late payments may incur administration fees or service suspension.
 
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
5.2 Repeated cancellations or access issues may result in service review or termination.
 
6. Quality Assurance
PrimeCrest operates structured service procedures and quality checks.
If you are dissatisfied:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion

  • We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a return visit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
 
7. Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

  • PrimeCrest is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or deterioration

  • We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed as fragile or high-risk

  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
 
8. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:

  • The environment is unsafe

  • There is risk of exposure to hazardous substances

  • There is aggressive or inappropriate behaviour toward staff


9. Equipment & Chemicals
PrimeCrest uses professional-grade equipment and cleaning products.
Where clients request the use of their own products, we are not responsible for the performance or outcomes.
 
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ premises, operations, and information. Staff and contractors are expected to maintain discretion while on-site.

11. Insurance
PrimeCrest maintains appropriate public liability insurance for services provided.
 
12. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice as agreed in the service contract. Immediate termination may occur in cases of non-payment, unsafe conditions, or serious breaches of these Terms.
 
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version applies to all services.
 
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
